Collection and use of your data
To be able to process your request in the best possible way, we collect only the data necessary for the transaction, which is stored in our system and will only be passed on to our Logistics agency. The data you provide to Altudog S.L.U. will not be shared with third parties or companies outside of the activities of the service provided by Altudog S.L.U.
If you pay by card, your credit-card information will be sent directly to our payment partner Redsys. Altudog S.L.U. never stores your card information or any other means of payment on physical or digital media.
Companies from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) may be contracted to support us in our business and customer service.
Some of these outsourced tasks include the creation, translation and launch of products in the shop, general shop improvement and maintenance, administrative work and stock control.
These outsourced companies only have access to personal data that is strictly necessary to carry out their work. We ensure that the transmission of customer information to these companies is done in accordance with data-protection policies and laws, based on the standard clauses of the European Union Standard Contract on the transfer of personal data from the European Community to third countries, which are set by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection.

Access to your personal data / Your password
