Payment methods

The following payment methods are available:

Bank card

Online payments with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard or Eurocard are just as secure as those made in conventional shops.
After making a purchase, we will send you a receipt by email. This way, you will be able to check that your payment has been made correctly, as well as that your card has been charged for the correct amount. We recommend keeping a copy of the receipt.
All transactions will be processed instantly, and your card will be charged for the full amount of the order, regardless of whether the items are available for immediate shipment or not.

BIZUM

You can make the payment with Bizum by activating your password.

The Bizum key is a code with which you will be able to make purchases in all shops that display the Bizum button as an accepted payment method. It works a lot like a card PIN. What does that mean? It’s a unique code for all purchases, made up of 4 digits, which only you will know and which you can change at any time.

How do I get it?

Open your bank app and go to the Bizum section. Under settings, you will find your Bizum key, or you will have the option to create one.

PayPal

Today, PayPal is a widely used method for buying and selling online.

PayPal does not disclose your financial information to sellers, and payments are made immediately, so it’s faster than sending cheques or standing orders.

Bank transfer

If the money has been received, we will confirm your order.
The purchase will not become effective until the payment is verified by our financial institution.
This process can take up to 7 working days.
International transfers are only accepted if you agree to pay the additional costs.

Cash on delivery

Payment will be made in cash at the time of the order’s delivery, through the delivery company, in euros and only in cash. No other payment method will be accepted.

This method has a minimum surcharge of €3.5, with a commission of 2.2% of the total order over this amount. The total amount of the order must be paid in cash upon receipt of the order.

Only available in mainland Spain, and the Balearic Islands.
